Efficient

To meet demand for capacity, the Chenglong L2 EV is powered by an electric drive system with a maximum power of 160 kW, a peak torque of 950 Nm, and transmission efficiency of up to 97%. Meanwhile, the battery capacity of the Chenglong L2 EV is available in 81/89kWh, and the equal-speed range will exceed 200km. Moreover, the vehicle's fast-charging time (30%-80%) will be kept within 1.5h. With excellent power and range, it will ensure logistics time. In addition, to ensure that part of the express logistics users on the cargo compartment volume requirements, the maximum size of the Chenglong L2 EV can be up to 4200mm × 2300mm × 2300mm, the rough calculation of the volume of nearly 23m³, in similar express logistics and other large proportion of the throw cargo in the transportation scenarios have significant advantages.

The Chenglong L2EV light truck is also designed with low wind resistance and low energy consumption. The wind resistance coefficient of the whole vehicle is 0.491, which reduces wind resistance by 9% and power consumption by 6%. With the use of low-rolling-resistance tyres, deep energy recovery, a multi-stage speed-control fan, EBP, and other equipment and technologies, the whole-vehicle energy consumption is 5% lower than that of the multi-pack battery model, fully ensuring low-consumption operation in urban distribution transportation. The beam is made of hot-rolled 750L high-strength steel plate, which offers high strength and long service life, and is matched with 3/6+7 multi-leaf springs, which provide greater load-bearing capacity. The original oversized cargo box has a maximum capacity of 20 cubic meters, which can pull 2 cubic meters more, about 80 boxes of mineral water goods, pulling more, with low energy consumption, creating higher income for users.

Saving Energy

For users in the city distribution market, cost reduction is a permanent topic. To reduce operating costs, the appearance of the Chenglong L2 EV is optimised to achieve a wind resistance of 0.491.
